TEAMWORKSHOPS

WORKSHOPS ON SITE AT YOUR COMPANY

Personal and social skills are just as important as professional qualifications for a company to be successful in times of great challenges and changes.

Disagreements in a team often arise from misunderstandings and miscommunication. Or because the counterpart behaves differently than one would expect or wish. This lack of understanding is due to the fact that it is often forgotten that everyone ticks differently and wants to feel that their individuality is taken into account

DO THE FOLLOWING CONSTELLATIONS SOUND FAMILIAR TO YOU? I CAN SUPPORT YOU IN THIS:

  • It is not exactly clear where the problem lies in the team.

  • The team is stuck in the problem process and needs a little push from outside.

  • Communication in the team is not running smoothly and this leads to inefficiencies and friction in the team.

  • The cooperation with important intersections does not work and this leads to mistakes.

  • Thinking in silos of the employees

  • There is a lack of appreciation for each other.

  • The company wants to develop or revise a vision/mission statement/strategy.

  • The fun of working has been lost

COMPANIES

THE WAY I WORK

With my workshops success is achieved:

  • to deploy people according to their inner and outer abilities,

  • to put teams together in an ideal way,

  • build structures,

  • and tackling problems in a solution-oriented way.

Every company has its own needs. Every team functions differently. That's why I work individually for each team.

Time is a rare commodity, and many people get absorbed in the day-to-day business.

From my experience the following approach helps:

  1. Individual work with the Manager(s). This includes:

    • determination of the actual and target situation.

    • first measures that can be changed in the daily management routine.

  2. Reflection sessions with the group of people concerned (team, cadre team, etc.).

  3. Reflection sessions with the group of people concerned (team, management team, etc.).

  4. Team workshop, if needed. Sometimes this is not necessary, as the issues are already resolved with the measures taken previously.

  5. Possibly discussions with individual persons
